I love this product. I see improvement in my strength gains in the gym since I started taking this. I wish I started sooner. Works really well. It would be great if it wasn't as many pills for the correct dose, but it's helpful when easing into starting it.

So I haven’t really felt any different since taking this item. I know I wasn’t happy when I opened bottle to see some of the pills on top didn’t look right. Some looked like the product inside capsule was dried up and some looked like there was hardly anything inside capsule. Some of the capsules on the outside feel rough like it has dried up product on it maybe. And still to this day when I go to get a capsule some are good and some are bad and I have to toss them. I know I won’t be ordering again.
