I got this to rehab my shoulder injury. I enjoy using this method to strengthen my shoulder muscles but I need to go slow. Its easy easy to use and feels like a good workout.

So simple a crash test dummy could use it. Seems light at first, but you can vary intensity with speed and reps.

Doesn't work as it seems. It doesn't vibrate a lot when I shake it fast. I thought it could be better.

I used a Bodyblade at my PT for my shoulder but those are expensive. On this one, it feels like the ends weigh more and take more motion but the results are the same. I seriously feel like Ive worked my shoulder muscles after using this. I haven't tried any of the exercises that it came with, just the ones my PT had me doing. Between this and the elastic bands and the proper exercises, I feel like I am regaining the strength from my torn rotator cuff.

I’m making up my own exercises to rehab my dislocated shoulder. I really wish this came with either instructions or a website. Please update!

I got this "wobble bar"/stick to use for exercising at home after a shoulder injury. Several shoulder muscles were damaged and I (initially) had no ability for fine motor movements. This bar helped me restore that function.But I look at the photos along with this and I know I am missing out on a lot of ways to use this to its full potential. I would love it if I could find a place online to see some instructional videos (or classes) using the stick so I can exercise more and continue to increase my strength using it.
