Not enough resistance
It did not work for me as it doesn’t offer enough resistance to make a difference. Maybe the next level up flexbar would (blue?) Also keep in mind that this item is non-returnable.

Only cure for tennis elbow!!
I have suffered with tennis elbow for about 6 months, which made me have to stop going to the gym. I came across this product and decided to give it a shot..I am very impressed, my tennis elbow got better within a week and is almost completely gone now after 1 month. I would highly recommend this product. It looks strange but really does work, give it a shot!!
