I wear these on all of my long runs due to prior issues with Runner's Knee and it does feel like it helps. I had tried kinesiotape in the past but that would make my skin way too dry and itchy so these are much better long term.

These ipow knee straps are very effective in my walking and general mobility. I can tell the difference when wearing them, one on both knees.

Bought these set at the last minute for our Camino journey! Did not have much hope they’d do much given my bone on bone knee issues. I can happily say that of the 3 different knee braces I brought on the trip-these were the only ones to provide pain relief!!! The others, full straps and above and below knee sleeve construction, had little help! Last ditch effort to these a go and holy cow! I wouldn’t have made it without them! Don’t let the small stature of them fool you. They are the real deal! I completely forgot to post this upon our return! Just now prepping for some hiking and I grabbed these out of my quite extensive personal knee brace inventory. Thank you again to these little braces!!! Definitely worth the price and a try.

I have some missing cartilage & a torn meniscus in one knee. This strap works well in helping my knee feel more stable when running.

It's supportive when it's new. But this is my second pair. Once it's used for awhile the bands start to not hold together any more. It loses its grip and won't stick together any more. But my first pair lasted a year before I bought another pair.

I am an avid runner, with arthritis in my knees from an injurie when i was a kid, these help amazing when i have some pain!! Great fit, don't slide!!!

Hello I bought these for my wife she is having some uncomfortable knee pain but I bought these and she said that she liked it and gave her good knee support when we went walking I highly recommend this.

I have always had larger legs and its very hard to find a good fit especially if they are "universal" fitting. These particular ones fit great, I can adjust so that they are comfy over or under my pants. I use these when I lift weights, they provide good support and help ease tension when lifting. I am getting older and things hurt now! I feel more secure and comfortable without the fear of possibly hurting myself during a set.
