Excellent quality and must have product.
I bought this RCCB to give protection for my home inventor lines, even though I already have RCBO for direct lines. Its because when the mains are off and home is powered by inventor, the RCBO on main lines won't give protection so we need another RCBO or RCCB after the inventor. I have used RCCB because I already have two separate MCBs.I'm fan a of Schneider products since long and I have bought APC UPS many times. Built quality of this RCCB is excellent and I had no issues installing it and it works perfectly. Also Schneider's documents/instructions are detailed and easy to understand.(Model A9N16234):* The device has wiring diagram on the top; left side terminals are neutral and right side are phase.* The device is xID inwhich you can connect line on top and load on bottom or vice versa. Inshort, Line and load are reversible.* The device is Type A-SI so it suitable for inverters.For more details search the model in Schneider website and also read FAQs. Finally I would highly recommend this product and advice everyone to install RCCB or RCBO to protect you and your family from electrical hazards.

Works perfectly. A must for all homes and offices for current leakage protection. Note: It will trip even if your wiring is faulty (like using phase and earth combination instead of phase and neutral, earth and neutral joined to each other, neutral or phase joint is open and there is current leakage, Phase is taken from one meter/source and neutral is taken from another source etc etc). It's working principle is that amount of current passing through phase should be equal to the amount of current returning back through neutral. If the difference between the amount of current passed from phase and returned from it's neutral (which includes electrocution where the current passes via person's body to the earth) is greater than the RCCB's sensitivity, the RCCB will trip.

Didn't work even when phase was shorted to earth.
The item doesn't work even if the phase is directly shorted to earth. However, it trips with test button.Also, I requested for return within the return window closing time. However, it is not showing it now. Amaxon to fix this problem
