Love it but unfortunately missing some screws and the second bolt /lock is broken, just doesn’t stay in place - please could I receive another replacement lock?

The bolt is beautifully made and looks amazing, it is very eye catching. Mounting was fairly straightforward however the screws that came with it weren't of the same high quality as the bolt and consequently the grooves in the screw would sear until you couldn't screw it in. I did try deeper and wider pilot drilling but too wide and it wasn't firmly mounted.

Good price. Quick delivery. Look smart. Easy to fit in pjs r. Screws supplied. Work well. Sturdy material not flimsy.

The thread is too long so it scrapes the door and it snapped in a matter of days

Not as solid and functional as I would have desired, at this price range. Only limited security level, I feel. On a positive note, screws were supplied! (A gauge too small, in my humble opinion).

Strong Bolts - have used them for the outside wood store - no rust and a good price.

The product is solid looks good however the scews supplied with them strip easily...so please supply better screws.
