VIVOHOME 2.0HP 6500 GPH 115V Pool Pump, Self-Priming Energy Saving, 1.25" & 1.5" & 2" Inlet w/Strainer Basket for In/Above Ground Pools

I've been using this in our larger, rectangle shaped above ground pool, and I'm very happy with its overall performance!The exterior is well made, and I like that the filter basket catches and holds both large and finer debris. The pump motor itself isn't too noisy, and would say the noise level is tolerable. The pumps power provides a really strong water flow, which circulates the water well. You can visibly see the water push across the water surface!Overall, this is a really good value for a quality pool pump, and I'd definitely recommend it!! Thank you!

Great pool pump, installation was a breeze thanks to the different inlet sizes, the almost 6500 gph is amazing for our pool which only about 15000 gallons, this pump is paying itself by saving energy reducing the amount of time to circulate the water which in turn also saves money because it distributes the chlorination much effective thanks to the high efficiency flow.It functions great, keeps water temperature very nice, and produces very, very low noise.

So far this pump is working great.

Wired this up for the small pool I have and it works great. Setting it up was rather easy all plumbing connections in total took less than an hour, add in wiring and setting up the timing for it to run and all I'd say at worst it was 90 minutes from opening the box to having everything done and running. Well priced pump that was easy to set up and get running with minimal effort on my part.

The pump is decent and does move water well. I have used another pump from this company and found that their pumps seem to lack power. It's purely visual, from our ponds waterfall. This pump was easy to install and came with all needed accessories for plumbing options. The on/off is on the back of this pump. It does run quietly. Our previous pump's seals went, so i switched back to a stronger vivo pump and i just don't love it. It never fully removes the air bubble from the housing. My first vivo pump did the same thing. I had hoped it was just the pump size that was the issue. Unfortunately, i feel like the vivo pumps aren't great. Definitely an option if you just need a pump. They work and do move water. However, i would not order one again.

I'm not going to say that this is a great deal financially, but it's certainly a fair one, and I've had zero problems so far. It's powerful, it truly is self priming which, as any firefighter can tell you, is extremely important if you are looking to not only save yourself some hassle, but protect from having a cavitated pump (which is a death knell for most such). This is the kind of build that seems like it would last potentially decades if cared for properly.
