I was honestly very skeptical of this product. I have been taking the gummies for 3 weeks now. The gummies taste great! They also reduced my bloating. However, I still noticed a slight fishy smell down there andI broke out with a lot of acne on my face, under my face, on my shoulders, chest and back. I have take other probiotics and prebiotics in the past that worked better. I will be switching back. Maybe these just aren’t compatible with my body.

This product actually works a little too good for me… and it is not long after consumption….I’m leaking from too many holes.. so I stopped, a little scary if you asked me… different strokes for different folks.. I’m good..
