Q: Can this use regular size tennis balls?

Yes, any tennis ball will work (approximately the same size). It even states that it can be used with racket balls, but I have not tried that.

Q: What is the output specifications on the charger for the rechargeable model. Our charger disappeared. Thanks a million!!

It needs a 12 volt 3 amp charger with a 5.5x2.1mm plug

This is made in China. Not all of our products are made in the USA. However, we always ensure our product materials are sourced responsibly, are non-toxic, and are safe for our four-legged friends no matter where they are made.

Q: Is this the G4 or Junior model?

We have discontinued the G4 Junior and the G4. The G5 is now the only model available.
