Excellent and easy to add in recipes
I buy this product often and add it to soups and a lot of warm meals. It mixes well but can clump if not mixed in properly (quickly) I have not made gelatins as I am generally not a fan, but this stuff is so flexible, provides protein and other health benefits that I am willing to create my own. I never enjoyed "Jell-o" but can probably be very creative with the versatility of this product.

Collagen: we have been using this product for the last 15 years. excellent product for joint health, nails, hair, skin. my family is a testimonial to that. we r in our mid 60's n still not showing signs of wrinkles and still have thick hair in our heads n specially strong bones. God is GOOD!!!

Just a little too expensive for what your getting. Other brands exist that sell larger quantities at the same quality. But when they aren't available this is definitely my go to.
