Too Complicated.
They made this product complicated. Should be taken with a meal along with 8 ounces of water. The meal is hours before bedtime. It seems to have good ingredients, but the process is too complicated.

Sin embargo, tras varias semanas de uso, no he notado mejora alguna en la calidad de mi sueño ni en la conciliación del mismo.Además, me pareció poco transparente que el fabricante no incluya información clara sobre el momento adecuado para tomar las gomitas. Tuve que recurrir a la IA para obtener una orientación básica, lo cual no debería ser necesario.En mi caso, no repetiré la compra.
