I bought these chocolate bars for a special treat. The chocolate is smooth & creamy but not overly sweet. The roasted almonds are very finely chopped and I don’t think they add much flavor. Just a little crunchiness. The chocolate bars are thin, but that is what I wanted. It is more elegant and can easily be broken into multiple squares for sharing or for a small after dinner sweet treat. I read the review that is based on a wild assumption of excessive sugar. They didn’t bother to confirm the actual ingredients. As someone who loves chocolate and sweets, I did not find these chocolate bars to be overly sweet at all. In fact it is probably due to my being used to American chocolates, that I expected these chocolates to be sweeter and more sugar added. But I do appreciate the refined smooth & creamy chocolate taste and I find these chocolate bars to be very tasty. Another review compared these bars to an American chocolate bar with roasted almonds. I happen to be a fan of the chocolate bar they referenced. However, those do contain more sugar and larger roasted almonds. These chocolate bars do not taste the same as those at all. I would encourage anyone to do a taste test of the two bars if in doubt.I recommend these yummy Swiss chocolate bars for a special treat or to gift.

This chocolate and almond bar is fantastic, it’s smooth, and it’s not too sweet. What I appreciate is that this chocolate, out of many that I’ve tried, does not give me acid reflux.

Chocolate is delicious and the store always adds a very sample which is a full size bar!

Product left outside in full sun by garage. Candy melted. If left on front porch under shade and located where I would see it … it would have fared better. This is too expensive a chocolate to be ruined. I have ordered it before with no problem.

Tasty but not as tasty as Milk Boy’s no-almonds milk chocolate, which wasn’t available at the time I bought the version with almonds. The almonds don’t have a very strong flavor, and the milk chocolate might not be as good as the no-almonds milk chocolate, or maybe it’s the same chocolate but the almonds are getting in the way — I can’t be sure.

I'm so glad I found this MilkBoy. I have several food allergies and I'm limited on what I can eat. It's been a challenge to find decent chocolate until now. I missed the taste of a real chocolate bar. I highly recommended this chocolate bar.

This chocolate reminds me of the chocolate I used have when I was a lot younger - smooth, great chocolate taste, just delicious. Nestle milk chocolate with almonds used to be a treat, better than other chocolate bars at the time, and this flavor is reminiscent of that but much bettr. To my delight, there was a small Alpine Milk Chocolate bar with sea salt and caramel included and a small cow key chain. I had purchased the sea salt/caramel bar at a local store, but they did not have the bar with almonds - thus my order. I will be ordering this again. Thanks.
