They are 2 layers . One soft rubber covered with a light cloth topping. About 3 mm thick , just what I needed.

A gd product but has started slipping forward in my shoe....yes it is the coyway up.

These are brilliant bought for my gym trainers and they are so comfy now. Really recommend.

Very comfortable good quality and durability and flatness

Terrible. I bought these to cover a hole in the bottom of my shoe where the plastic was poking through. These insoles are so thin that I could still feel the plastic bit of sole through them. I ended up having to cut some patches off the offcuts and supergluing them into the hole, then putting the insole over the top. They were easy enough to cut to size, however upon wearing them they continued to crinkle up and twist inside my shoe meaning I have to keep removing my shoes and readjusting them. After 2 days they are already becoming even flatter and mis-shaped due to constantly being crinkled up. Waste of money and uncomfortable.

Comes big so you can cut it down as needed.

Purchased these as I have recently purchased a Nike pair of trainers size 8 (although I'm usually a size 7 found my big toes right at the top of the trainer). Size 8 slightly too big so needed a pair of insoles and decided to purchased these.On the side of the box it shows a size guide and that it may vary. Looking at size 8UK, it shows to cut on the letter H. If I had cut them on this letter they would have been too small inside the trainer. I cut them to the letter J. They fit perfectly. So make sure you keep trying before cutting.Just to add, in the description is shows colour as Blue (maybe this refers to the box?) but they are white
