I've just stopped my gym subscription and didn't know what I was going to replace it with.I had a notion that is buy some equipment but wasn't sure what. Then I stumbled across this pack on Amazon.It's arrived and I love it. It's a great piece of kit and it's immediately encouraging me to use it. Not leave it in its bag to be forgotten about you know.The drawstring bag is big enough to fit everything back in one excitedly rummaged through, the stuff is made from good materials, the little touches are heartwarming, motivating and really helpful.The offer of support from the team is welcome.Don't faff about. These so far have proved to be strong and easy to use. I have only had them a few weeks so I can’t judge the durability of them. As you can add and remove as you work through the exercises they are versatile. My only complaint is that all the information is in English EXCEPT the actual exercises. But as I’m using them u Der physio instruction that hasn’t bothered me but if you wanted to know what you should do on your own you have to speak German!!

Brilliant - great build quality. Have had some solid at home workouts with these, don’t feel any risk of them breaking even at the higher weight resistance- was skeptical before buying but felt worth a punt based on the cost - now I’ve got them I wish I’d gone for the higher weight and took the gamble lol

Better than going to the gym!

They are really good and great value bands. I use them when I am unable to get to the gym. The entire packaging of the item is so personal and a card from the proprietor. The product is very well made. There is also a visual exercise plan, which is most beneficial in getting the most out of the bands. All the bands are colour coded with weight equivalents. Very clever. Good for taking on holidays, or in fact any where. It comes with its own pouch and a door attachment to get the most out of your workout. Can be used on your lunch break for a short workout or even in front of the TV. Many thanks and well done!!!! Highly recommend.

Not happy ...warning on box is? ..covered by address label which rips lettering off trying to remove. Instruction manual is in GERMAN Now calmed down...Better than initially thought so have improved review to 4 stars co emailed new manual and other problem not listed was my oversight
