Very poor build quality. Opened out of box and can’t make a full rotation. Gears are binding up on body. Wouldn’t recommend for purchase. Highly disappointed!

Gave as a gift. They have enjoyed how it saves time and effort in flatting bread dough.

The media could not be loaded. Prior to purchasing this product, I had to use my wooden rolling pin to roll out the dough for pizza. I was excited to get this thinking it would cut down on this strenuous activity; however, the dough just stuck and wrapped itself around the bottom rolling pin, never exiting out the back as it should, and I added both flour and afterwards oil as an assist to keep the dough from sticking, it still got stuck with or without flour and oil and overall it still turned out to be a hot mess! So I went back to my tried and true method of using the wooden rolling pin.😳😢

I really wanted to love this. There are a few tweaks that could be done to make this a good product.The biggest issue I had was stability. No matter how I tried I could not get the clamps to hold the machine down.I think this could be helped with1. Better clamps. The clamps are too short for my countertops.After finding a suitable table to secure the base....the clamps still walked. I think widerbases on the clamps would help.2. It's way too light. The base needs to be made from cast iron.The base is plastic and works against you when you are turning the crank.3. There is no way to adjust the thickness uniformly without a gauge.(This is something I can handle myself)Anyway.....I am going to try and work with it more to see if I can adjust my process and the machine for my needs.

No English instructions for use or set up. Doesn’t mount to the counter. Had to google how to use dough sheeter to find out not to apply the dough directly to machine, place it between two sheets of plastic wrap. The QR code for customer service take you to a site about the company not to help with the use of product

Lo estoy devolviendo, no cumplió mis expectativas, la masa se pegó de los rodillos, la lámina lateral está filosa y corto mis dedos, en fin muchos detalles

Es muy bueno para pasteles para llevar la masa al término delgada es Excelente ♥️
