Great service and walking pad
This is a great little walking pad and fits perfectly under my desk. Had some concerns with the remote but after connecting with their customer service they walked me through everything. Would recommend!

So useful for getting my steps!
This is a great, affordable option to walking outside. Living in Florida, the weather is always incompatible for getting my daily steps in after work - too hot, raining, hurricane.... etc. I am trying to get 10,000 steps in daily and was doing great in March when the weather was nice. I had energy from the routine and was losing weight and feeling better about myself (I have hit my 50s and menopause weight gain has me really down). When the weather got too hot, I was not motivated to go for my walks and I lost momentum. I also did not feel like going to a gym when I wasn't feeling good about myself. I have limited space for a home gym, but when I saw this treadmill that could fit under my bed and pull out to finish my steps for the day while watching some tv, I decided to give it a try. I LOVE this treadmill. It works great, has an incline option, and is very easy to move around. I have been able to get back to my walking schedule and this product has given me what I needed to get back on track. Especially with the recent weather, I can get my steps in regardless of the hazardous conditions outside! Thank you!

Skip the "big names", this is the best!
This treadmill is fantastic!! It's quiet and sturdy. The belt has some traction to it, so you feel stable on it. I haven't used the elevation change yet, but I'm excited to. There is no app, but with these types of things, the apps usually suck anyway, so that's not a huge deal to me. I love that when I push "pause" to do something work related, it actually PAUSES and restarts where I left off! Very user friendly!I bought a Deer Run on one of the Prime Days and returned it within 2 weeks. It was loud and clunky, I couldn't get the app to work, and every time you pause your walk, it restarts everything. I'm not sure if I just got a bad machine, but the Deer Run would pop my breaker within 10 minutes (hence, I sent it back). This guy I've been walking 3 miles daily without a single problem!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Easy set up but walking speed choices limited
Comes right out of the box ready to go. I did find that I was a little unsteady, not having something to hang onto like a usual treadmill so I borrowed my dad's walker to make something to hang onto across the top. I don't like that the speeds do not go up gradually but 310 of a mile at a time instead of 1/10 at a time. So if you are used to walking in a certain speed, it might be set lower or faster than what you are used to at the gym, that's what I found, it was either too slow or too fast for my usual walking speed. It goes from, say, 2.4 to 2.7 to 3.0. I do appreciate that it came with the remote. however, there was a button on the remote that wasn't even labeled in the instructions and I had to call the company to find out what the button was for because there was no explanation in the book. I will say the customer service was fantastic and somebody returned my text and email the next day and answered my question about the remote. It's about as quiet as a typical treadmill, and if you are not used to the small area of a walking pad, which I was not, I found myself too close to the back edge several times. I can see quite a few accidents happening on a machine like this with nothing to grab onto if you lose your balance . Would not recommend for senior citizens . Definitely don't recommend getting on or off until the machine has completely stopped. It weighs 43 pounds and I got this instead of a big treadmill because I don't have any place to put a big big treadmill, but even 43 pounds is too heavy for me to move around much to get it out of the way if need be. But I do appreciate the fact that it was much, much less expensive than a regular treadmill and definitely fit my budget. Definitely only use for walking, the speed goes no higher than 4.0 so not for anyone that wants to run, only suitable for brisk walk.

Working out it a breeze!!!!
I am a couch potato with an office job WFH and am sick of being so sedentary (and fat). I got myself a nice standing desk and slapped this bad boy under it. It's plug and play, pre-lubed, the remote is excellent, and it's super quiet. Also only weighs like 20 lbs so can easily move it if needed. It's wide enough for my size 10 US women's feet and long enough for a 16 inch gait. Super comfortable to walk on. I'm on it as I type and have used it already 2 hours this morning. The calories burned function is never accurate for me as a fat, tall person on treadmills so I disregard and use an actual calculator for slope/distance/weight/heartrate, but the other 3 tracking metrics seem 100% accurate. I use it at .9 mph 5% slope and just work and forget I'm exercising!!!!
