A good short range exercise tool you may want to check out for a great price.
Even though I am well into my senior years I have been doing intense workouts for more than 7 decades. I have used just about every kind of exercise tool on the market and even though I have used the original “Rip stick” I decided to purchase the upgraded wooden Rip stick with 6 elastic bands while browsing on Amazon.I really like this model because of the thicker wooden handles. You should be aware that the Rip Stick is a SHORT RANGE EXERCISE TOOL. The rubber bands are strong and will give your shoulders, arms, chest and back an intense workout. There are no exercise guidelines; however, if you have used expander type exercise tools and are used to doing the numerous exercises, you may want to check out this upgraded Rip Stick. I have made this Rip Stick exercise tool part of my overall power day workout program.Rating: 4 Stars. Joseph J. These things are great!
They’re actually a really great workout and you could take him anywhere! Hold him in front of me and pull them apart with four rubber bands for one minute. I started with 30 seconds but one minute is pretty easy now. My Wife could see a difference almost right away. I can see a difference too! This is a great way to watch TV when you don’t feel like working out!

Not worth the money
Just got this product and the bands all have broke on me. They are not durable whatsoever ever. Waste of money if you ask me.

All bands are the same resistance
It seems illogical to include 6 bands that are all the same level of resistance. They should be different levels.

Good Way to Work Out
I'm liking the ripstick so far. I do wish it came with workouts, but it's a great way to get a workout in with going to the gym.
