I bought these chews to give me a bit of a boost on my daily 2 hour cardio sessions.They taste great and are easy to digest, but omg the recommended amount is 8- 5 mins before a 45 session, then a further 8 for every 45 mins of exercise!There’s only 16 in a packet- so I’d need a packet a day!!!Too expensive for that- so I’ll have to reconsider my energy chews! 🙈

Easy to consume and used during a hiking weekend

These come in such a badly designed package. You're supposed to tear a corner, and a bit of the side, without it splitting wide open, while running. And then, it doesn't easily seal or fold back, so storing it is problematic. A zip lock on top, or some sort of easy to reseal flap, would be so much better. And it's not like these are cheap, at nearly a tenner for a pair of bags, so there's no excuse to have poor wrapping.

This product is completely overpriced for the tiny quantity it comes in. Don’t waste your money on this; buy something else instead.

Tried taking these on a long run and almost choked on one. Take too much chewing for me while breathing hard, so will be keeping the remainder for before exercise only. Nice though! 😁
