Hesitant to leave a review because whole foods is always out of stock of my favorite things but I had to take a moment to share how wonderful these work for me. I recently weaned off antidepressants and have been dieting. I’ve been horrible edgy and irritable. These little magic gummies took that all away. I feel so peaceful and calm. Very grateful! Only thing is I can only take them at night because I get too sleepy but I wake up feeling happy and calm. Priceless.
