Its not peel off. It lasts a long time on childrens nails, and doesnt come off very easy with washing either. Hope this answers your question.

Its safe for children so believe it to be plant based but your better off checking with the manufacturer. My 3 year old granddaughter had no issues with using it on herself and every one else in the family.

Why did you choose this product over others?:My 6 year old granddaughter loves to wear make-up and she asked me to buy her some.
