First off I will say I get absolutely nothing for this review, but needed to give credit where credit is due. I'm not a coffee drinker nor do I notice any difference when I consume caffeine (which I rarely drink). Plain Yerba Mate (my husband drinks it) smells like burnt grass, no thanks! I've been using Mate Magic for 6 months, about 2-3x per week and it never fails to leave me focused and alert all day long. It's amazing! No jitters, no crashing, just focus and energy. The first time I tried it I ended up deciding to get on my hands and knees and wipe down all my kitchen cabinets (30 cabinets!) for the first time in probably two years, talk about motivation. I avoid using it every day because I don't want my body to get used to it. If you tend to be plugged up, this will also ensure a bowel movement within 30min usually, haha! The taste is pretty decent, kind of a sweet but slightly bitter but definitely tolerable and easy to drink. Its on my autoship for a cheaper price, but even at full price (of what about $1.50 per serving?) it is still 100% worth it and better than any other energy supplement I have tried in my life, and I'm a 45yr old perimenopausal woman!

Here’s something I need to say. I have seen this go viral and I’m not one to fall for stuff like that but this is the first time in my life where I haven’t been thinking about food and cravings 24/7.It’s the second day I’ve been using this so take it with a grain of salt, but I have struggled with food addiction my whole life and I always feel the need to eat , snack, and most importantly, I have always given into my cravings. This drink has allowed me to to not even think about what I usually want to eat. Even when I try and think about my cravings, I just don’t have the desire for it.Don’t get me wrong, it’s a little pricey, but all that money you would spend on fast food would be worth it to spend on this instead.It also tastes awesome. It does not taste a lot like matcha, but more of a strawberry refresher. And watering it down makes it less sweet if you don’t have a sweet tooth like me.I’ll probably write a second review after I finish my 30 days but as for now, it’s been awesome.

I never leave reviews but I can't let this one go. I've been reviewing Tik Tok review videos for this product for months. I was very skeptical on the testimonies and didn't want to waste my money. But something told me to take a chance and worst case scenario, I would request a refund. I've been struggling with inflammation around my waist for years! I'm 48 years old and currently in the hellish perimenopausal phase of my life. I tried everything humanly possible to shed the weight and get this belly under control. Since taking this product for 4 days, I've lost 5 pounds and my waist is shrinking!! I will continue to use this product. At this rate I will meet my goal weight within a month. So happy I took a chance on this product!!

I got this because of the hype on TikToc. It was delivered quickly and I tried it the next day. I got the Strawberry Matcha. I want to mention that I have heart problems so I was a little hesitant to get this because of the 100mg of caffeine.I wanted to try it but I was going to listen to my body at the same time.So I put one scoop ( it comes with a little scooper) in 20 oz water, it says to use 8oz but I thought I could dilute it a bit with more water. The taste was yummy. I started in the morning and finished it by noon. I have to say my mind did feel a little bit clearer, more focused. I some depression so having energy to get moving can be a struggle, but this gave the pick me up I needed. I felt like it kind of suppressed my cravings a bit but this was day one, I didn't feel jittery at all . Night came and I slept horrible. I kept waking up. The next morning I felt ok, my heart felt a little off. So I make another drink and took a couple of sips. My heart started to have strong palpitations. So I stopped drinking it and started drinking lots of water. The next day I was feeling better and I slept really good the night before. So I recommend talking to your primary Dr or Cardiologist before using this product. If you don't have health problems then this is a great product. I just recommend listening to your body.

So I ordered this after I saw it SO MANY times on Amazon. I'm going through a weight loss program and I am trying to cut out coffee, increase my productivity (ADHD brain), and curb some of my appetite. I am just over a week into drinking this every single morning, so take this review for what it's worth. While I do see a difference in my mental motivation and seem to be getting more done in the hours after drinking this, I have not noticed a difference in my appetite at all even though it's "claim to fame" on Tiktok is nature's zempic. The only thing health-wise I have noticed is that it is DEFINITELY cleaning out my gut, if you know what I mean...The packaging states to mix one scoop into 8 oz of water. If anyone is actually doing that, I will give you a standing ovation! It is SOOOO sweet, I have to water it down in my 30 oz water bottle in order to be able to drink it. It has allulose (zero cal sweetener), cane sugar, and stevia in it, all of which make it insanely sweet for me to consume without watering it down. It also has citric acid in it, so if it isn't watered down, it makes my jaw hurt as if I have eaten one of those black warheads. My jaw hurts as I write this just thinking about it.Overall, I do really enjoy the taste and hopefully once I finish my monthly supply, I will notice some kind of difference. Although, I am not sure I will order this again with it being as expensive as it is. I'll come back when I finish my 30 days and do a final update.
