Husband loves these! He has at least one everyday. He brings them to work to have with his lunch and sometimes has one after a workout to get in some extra calories. He says they taste great and are not too sweet. They are a little pricey, but that’s due to the quality of ingredients.

Yummy creamy strawberry. A delight! I wish they could cut back on the sugar. It’s natural but same effect. I can only do 1/2 bottle a day.

Hospital recommended. Very expensive but has all one needs for nutritional requirement. Comes in different flavors which is a plus. Convenient for travel and at home. Easy to consume.

10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I've been in the health industry for 20 years and have tried many protein shakes options. Dairy is very bad for humans to digest longterm so a whey dairy free option with as much nutrition is soooo different. This shake has everything to keep you nourished and healthy. But it, try it. You will feel great and it tastes great for being df gf plant based. YUMMY 😋

At $3 per shake, this is on the pricier side given the size of the shake. There's a slightly off aftertaste to it that is mildly unpleasant, and I found that it only worked sometimes as a meal replacement for me. Basically, if I did any sort of exercising after drinking one of these I was hungry right away.That said, the taste is pretty good before the aftertaste, and the aftertaste itself isn't the worst. Following it with a glass of water nullifies it. The prebiotic fiber was very helpful, as I don't get enough good fiber in my diet typically.Overall, I can recommend it if it's in your budget. I enjoyed good gut health while drinking them.

I love Kate Farms! I purchased the three flavors for my 98 1/2 year old father, as he recovers from pneumonia. He loves the convenience and creaminess of it, I love that it isn’t made with garbage ingredients. Win win!

My very picky eater friend loves these. I do think they're great for maintaining weight. I absolutely love kate farms' mission and it's amazing that these don't have wheat or corn. So many of these have dextrose, soy, gross stuff. This strawberry flavor is probably my favorite. I also have ordered the medical one in the chocolate flavor, which is about 451 calories, but this tastes so much better. I'd rather enjoy 330 calories than force down 451. If you are just a regular person looking to bulk up get this one rather than the higher calorie medical nutrition option.
