I have been taking Shilajit for approx 6 months. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Did I get up the next day feeling like a million dollars NO however over time I have noticed a difference in my over all health. I am in my 70's so it isn't going to happen quickly. I have had no problems with my gout since starting them also I have noticed that getting up each day seems easier & less foggy. I believe they are one of those wonderful things that suttly improve lots of areas over time (expecially if you are old). I have read many reviews on Shilajit one of the things that cought my attention was the companies bold statement that they "adamantly reject inferior alternatives".I plan on continuing taking Shilajit.

I wasn't sure what to expect, so many people just swearing by it some making fairly outrageous claims.I looked at it like, even if its a really quality like multi vitamin.. And maybe plus?So I've been taking it for just over a month.. Only two noteworthy mentions:One, increased stamina which I really neededAnd a cold just went through family members and I didn't get it!So take from that what you will.I am not a fan of the taste, but hey.. Only needed seconds to swallow it.. Doesnt smell bad like some herbal supplements..So yeah..

I’ve tried several other brands of Shilajit before and I’m happy to report that these ones are going to be my new go to. You get a lot for The value, plus they are much easier to swallow, considering the taste isn’t putrid. I know it’s Shilajit because I can tell a difference when I don’t take them. My energy is boosted, my skin looks great, it is something that will have a permanent place in my supplement routine. This is a great addition for anyone that has a lot of holes in their diet, Mine is not the best so this has been a great tool for helping bridge that gap. A quick Google search will tell you that the micro nutrients are off the chart with these!

I've been taking this stuff daily, before coffee in the morning, for about 2 months. The pills are small, easy to swallow, and no after taste. I've been feeling pretty good, but I don't know if I can attribute it to these, regularity has definitely improved. The really good part? I think my skin is aging backwards! I have always looked young for my age, but this is awesome! I don't know how to describe it, but my face looks so young I can't stop looking in mirrors! Definitely less small lines, my color is good, and skin looks plump oh, and less hair loss. No pictures, because I hate selfies. For reference, I am a mid 40s female well into peri menopause.

You can definitely tell a difference when you take this and when you don’t take it, it doesn’t give you an overwhelmingly amount of energy, but it gives you enough energy to go about your day with no crash behind it. It helps you think clearly and clear the mental fog. I used to take the liquid Shilajit but when I found out about these, this is all I need. It doesn’t leave a sticky residue all in your mouth and taste bad for 20 minutes like the liquid. You take this you taste it for me to be about 30 seconds and then it’s gone. It does not hurt my stomach one bit.

I bought this to help with the minerals that I need and let me say it works. When I say it helps with the man organs too which I didn't know till I used it. I think more clearly and have more energy.
