I've been taking Shilajit for about a month, and while I've noticed some positive effects, there have also been a few downsides. On the upside, Shilajit has definitely helped increase my productivity and sharpen my memory. I feel more focused and able to get things done, which has been great for my work and daily tasks.However, I initially hoped it would help with my anxiety, but it seems to have had the opposite effect. Since starting Shilajit, I've become more anxious and more aware of my heartbeat, to the point where I sometimes feel like it's skipping beats or racing. It’s a weird feeling—almost like I’m having heart palpitations—but it could also just be me being hyper-aware.Another downside is that it’s been tough on my stomach. I've had a lot more gas and rumbling than usual, which has been uncomfortable. Overall, while Shilajit has definitely helped with my productivity, I'm not sure it's worth the trade-off for the increase in anxiety and digestive issues.And to clarify I have had a high bp before taking the supp, but I feel (for myself at least) it hasn’t helped.

I feel like I have more energy since taking these, they are a good size and easy to swallow. Contains lots of minerals, I'm usually prone to all bugs that go round but haven't had any since I started taking these. No taste or smell so easy to take. I find them very effective.

Great product been using them for couple months now and can notice a massive difference

Been taking them religiously for a month and feel no affects - I drink 4-5 litres of water a day and have been for the past 7+ years. Im a tall guy 6ft6 and weigh around 230lbs, im thinking either the dosage isnt right or the quality is very low - I have no health issues but wanted a replacement for caffeine - I will do more research before I judge absolutely but so far im not impressed.
