Help Yourself to Health
I would rather trust this book to help my health than go the orthodox route.

This book lets you find alternative ways of healing. Very interesting and I actually tried a couple of the suggestions.

All generic advice with little to no natural remedies - useless.
This is a very poor book to navigate. I have arthritis and thought there would be treatments I could use. The index gives several pages referring to arthritis but there pages are totally unrelated. Even the chapter “Building better Bones” does not refer to arthritis.Whatever ailment you have the treatment seems to be “drink lots of water” (duh), trust divine power (God helps those who help themselves). The advice is all very generic . This is definitely not a handbook of natural remedies.I was away when it arrived so by the time I found out how useless it is I was unable to return it otherwise it would certainly have gone back. It only got two stars rather than one as some of the information about the ailment has been well researched. You’re left on your own as to how to heal it though.
