These are delicious. A perfect lemon flavor with sweetness and a touch of tartness. If you pour the entire pouch into your mouth in one go it will be spur so a tad at a time. Easy to open and take. I love mixing this withy water. It's good for many things including daily energy and good for your skin. It also has vitamin C. It absorbs fast in your water, and you get a lot for your money. If you don't mind it with water you can just open it and just pour it in your mouth. It's easy to swallow once you take a drink of water after. I also love the tin heart it comes in.

These are wonderful several of my friends have now bought them also. What a great way to get your vitamin C. Way better than the ones they sell here in the US.

Plenty of pouches in the container, but without instructions to add water or mix into anything. Having just the powder isn't very pleasant, despite its satisfying sour flavor. I may use them for some baking ideas, to get my money's worth; otherwise, it wasn't worth the money. Cute packaging, though.

I love these! Easy to carry around on the daily or to take while traveling and easy to open. If I’m feeling a little sluggish or like I might be coming down with something, I just put the powder on my tongue a little at a time. Works great for me!
