100 percent perfect!! I use it between Reformer sessions. FIVE STARS!
I was looking for a ring to use between my in person Reformer classes. This is exactly what I was looking for. It has the exact tension and flexion needed - Not to mention that I love this really lively bright blue-green! It is very well made, and comes with its own storage bag. I use this in conjunction with Theraband. Although I am no longer dancing on stage, (Classically trained ballet, jazz, tap, and theatrical dance) I still give myself a full barre at home, as well as a floor Pilates workout. This will allow you to work, emphasizing core, upper, and lower body, when not on the Reformer. Regardless of your reason to exercise, Pro Body is who you want to look for, for exercise equipment, so well made and perfect. FIVE stars.

Didn’t even realize how much I needed this!
This Pilates ring is such a game changer — I honestly didn’t know what I was missing. It adds just the right amount of resistance and helps me engage muscles I didn’t even know existed. Lightweight, easy to store, and actually kinda fun to use. Highly recommend!

I bought this on Prime Day. It’s a perfect size for your closet. Helps my work out to be effective on multiple muscles. It is starting and good in color and comfort.

Used the Pilates ring for the first time today and it seemed good quality. I believe it’s the same brand the Pilates studio by me uses.

Not sure why I bought it. It’s useless. Too weak to train muscle. Maybe it’s for 80s?
