I'd say if you ever have problems with bands fitting this should work great. It comes with all the tools to resize the band. I have a m/L size wrist and we ended up taking off one link for me. Although two would have made it a normal fit. (I like my watches a little loose).I like that the date is also shown, I often forget what day it is!
