Seemed to help the after effects of a tick bite
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought this for my wife after she got a tick bite on her side. The bite did produce the "bulls eye" although the tick did not remain attached. Seemed to help the skin with the extreme itching and burning.

Defective tube. Non-replaceable.
Yes I took the little foil cover over the opening. But, when I squeezed the tube, the ointment came out of a nick near the bottom of the tube. Squeezed out onto my hand (holding the tube) and my pants (which are now in the washer, hoping for the best).I would like to try this product, but won’t be spending another $10 to get another tube. Wish it was returnable/replaceable.

This product isn’t supported even if damaged
The seal in the bottom of the tube wasn’t completely sealed and I lost a lot of the ointment when I tried to squeeze the tube. I can’t return this even though it is defective! I’ve been ripped off.
