I purchased this because of issues with my hip and knee. As a side sleeper, I thought it would help to place a pillow between my knee when I slept to relieve some of the pressure. This worked a lot better than I thought it would. It's a perfect size and firmness and surprisingly, does not get dislodged during the night. There are other brands with a strap on them to go around your leg, but then it's a hassle to remove it in the night if for some reason you want to remove it. This one stays in place without the hassle of a band attached to your leg and is easy to remove if you want to. It's provided me some pain relief and was well worth the purchase price.

Comfortable and cool, no sweating.

I usually use a regular pillow in between my knees when I sleep and it’s often uncomfortable, although it still sort of helps with my lower back pain. Sleeping with this pillow has taken away the discomfort and and it’s not nearly as bulky and awkward as a regular pillow. It’s firm and offers good lower back support while you sleep. Not as much adjusting is needed when trying to get comfy in bed and I even sometimes use it as a neck pillow. Overall it’s a pretty great gadget and I help you sleep better.

This helps so much to keep my hips and lower back aligned. I wake up feeling refreshed.

The shape of this knee pillow is like so many others of its kind which is very helpful when sleeping. However the foam in this is so firm it hurts my legs. I would not buy this again

It's very comfortable to use.

I'm a side sleeper and I tend to sweat, so having this pillow has been a game changer. I really like being able to throw the cover in the wash, although it can be a bit tricky to fit it back over the oddly shaped pillow. It also does often end up on the floor by the morning, but that's more to do with me than the product.

I've been having terrible hip pain while pregnant. I've also been side sleeping more and it was recommended I try a pillow. In a very goldilocks-style experiment, I tried every pillow in the house - they were either too large, too small, or too hot. This pillow is just right! It does not get nearly as hot as regular pillows and is the perfect shape and size for side sleeping.
