I’ve tried several electrolyte powders, and this one from Dr. Berg is by far the best. The taste is genuinely refreshing — not overly sweet or artificial like some others. I was pleasantly surprised that it’s sugar-free but still really enjoyable to drink. Delicious, clean, and effective — this is now a staple in my routine. Whether you’re keto or just want better hydration without sugar, this is a brilliant choice. Highly recommended!

This product works. I have a long term deficieny in potassium and I was hunting for an electroylte mix to help keep me out of hospital. I have had horrible side effects to the pescription potassium and needed a short term fix whilst they doctors changed my medications. Firstly the taste is okay nothing wrong there. The lemon however stings my tongue but I have an allergy to citrus type things. Not real squeezed lemon but 'NATURAL flavour lemon' It is not 100% natural I can guarantee that. I have been taking 3 scoops a day on top of my diet but would take 4 if I did not react to the lemon. The potassium citrate is keeping me going. The salt ensures that blood pressure does not fall too low. This product has LOWERED my heart rate from 110 - 74bmp but I do suffer from low potassium. I have not had my levels checked but KNOW it is working because I have more energy and have not fell into a hypokalemia state. I wish there was just a raspberry flavour or more electroyltes on the market. Most mixes are just cheap high sodium but this one is amazing. I mix mine with around 250ml to make it more concentrated but after 3 scoops the citrate can irritate. If I did not have a deficiency I would start with half a scoop. This product would be good for people with POTS fatigue and fibro. I give it around 5 hour before the next dose. Great product with no competition.

I do a gym and dry sauna session at least 4 times/week and was losing lots of salts through perspiration. I decided to try Dr Berg's electrolytes. They are more reasonably priced than LMNT which is outrageously expensive. The tub will last me several weeks, so in terms of value, it's very good. The flavouring is OK but you can taste the sweetener but it doesn't really bother me. I started off using half scoops in a big glass of water. This approach suits me best because one whole scoop makes my heart rate increase a little. Initially, try a half scoop in a glass of water and follow that up with another half scoop a few hours later. Once you put it in water, stir well and leave it for about 5-10 mins because solubility is a little slow. Definitely helps me recover faster after sauna and gym.

It is a good electrolyte product but it contains an obscene amount of sweetener (stevia) which makes it taste very bad.I think the stevia is there to counteract the taste of the electrolyte salts but quite honestly it has been added at a high proportion and hence the usual artificial sweetener taste is dominating.Bottom line, if you (like me) dislike the taste of artificial sweeteners, you will most likely not enjoying this product. If, on the other hand, you are familiar with artificial sweeteners and not bothered by their taste, then this product is well worth the try.PS: I bought it as it bears the name of Dr. Berg, who I appreciate a lot for his good and insightful advice.PS2: to Dr. Berg: if you reading this, please come up with an unsweetened version of the powder.

It's meant to be health but it's full of multidextryn yes Dr advise is not to have multidextryn because in is words it's higher than suger in the clycemic indexSo I won't buy it againAll so I don't think it's value for money I was very shocked how small the tub was compared to what other brands I've had previouslyIt's to expensive as well for what it is it paints it self as healthy but multidextryn is not healthy I'm happy to corrected
