Does this stroller fit through doorways?
Do the canopies detach from the stroller at the back (so they can be pulled down all the way in front of a child, for example)?
the seats are supposed to recline individually how is that possible with the stroller?

Great lightweight double stroller

As a mom of two I did my share of double stroller browsing. I wanted something lightweight, easy fold, and of course comfortable for my kiddos (ages 2.5 and 6 months).Lightweight: this stroller is pretty light I have a Baby Jogger City Mini GT single stroller and I would say this is on par if not it feels lighter than that.Handling: I am 5’1” and have successfully wheeled it around with both kids in with one hand. I did not feel any weight difference on either side of the stroller when both kids were in it (even though there is a 15lb difference between the two). The turning radius on this stroller is surprisingly really good for a double stroller. The depth of the stroller isn’t awkward either, I’d say it is again on par with my single stroller. I feel like both kids are close to me and I can navigate the stroller without wondering where the front of the stroller is in regards to the people around me. Pushing this stroller does not feel like you’re pushing a boat around like some double strollers do. It has fit through every doorway I’ve been through so far with ease. I was really reluctant about the wheels. I had my heart set on non-plastic wheels for durability reasons, but so far they have held up nicely. We took the stroller to our local theme park for two days and the wheels are holding up really well, I even took it on some grassy sections and it moved good (not as good as all terrain tires would have but this is where the budget friendly comes in). I do not plan on taking this stroller on any off-roading adventures so the wheels really aren’t that big of an issue for me. We mainly stick to theme parks, neighborhood walks, shopping, and the boardwalk. I definitely would not jog with this stroller.Fold and Unfold: once you learn how to fold it, it’s easy. There are two red knobs you have to pull up and push the stroller down. The front wheels have to be straight in order to get the lock in place. Unfolding is super easy, you undo the lock and just step on the cloud peddle looking piece of plastic in the middle of the back break bar until it clicks into place. I have done this one handed. One really cool feature is it folds with the trays in place. I have a 2013 Nissan Rouge and it does take up space in my trunk but just a little more than my single did.Comfortable: the one thing I wish this stroller had was a better recline when it comes to the seats. They lay back about 100-110 degrees, my kids were able to get a nap in, but the full recline was just enough for them to get a nap in without their heads flopping all over. When they weren’t napping though, there were not any complaints. I really like how they both have their own tray with a cup holder each and the addition of a parent console with two cup holders is also an added bonus. The canopies on this stroller were one of the main reasons we ultimately purchased this one (with the summer coming up and a Florida vacation in the works sun protection is key). Although it does feel thin compared to my single stroller’s canopy, the full canopy did it’s job at keeping the sun off the kids, protecting them from the rain, and cutting back the wind. I was surprised with how small other budget friendly double stroller’s canopies are if they even have one. The side by side seating is super nice because my kids can interact with each other, and since both the seats on this stroller are independent of one another each child had their own defined boundary. Also each seat has its own little mess pocket on the side for little treasures to be put in (it isn’t that big but an extra cup or a small stuffed animal or toy could fit perfectly there).Other things to note: the storage baskets at the bottom are easy to access and can hold a lot of stuff (we had three small sized stuffed animals and a pillow won at the park booths, and a baby carrier in one side basket and our extra clothing layers in the other side basket.) Although the handle is not adjustable, my husband is 6’3” and was able to push it fine too, he did not have to hunch. Another thing to note the child trays can come completely off when needed by pressing a button. Assembly was super easy, very straightforward, I was able to do it by myself with a toddler and infant hanging around me.To sum up: this stroller is a great budget friendly, lightweight, convenient double stroller. The only things I wish it had were more durable tires (which again these hard plastic ones are still holding up nicely for now I will update this review if or when the time comes), thicker canopies (which again they did their job this past park visit), and lastly a little better of a recline. All in all, this stroller is great and has been fitting my family’s needs well. If you’re looking for a good reliable double stroller that doesn’t break the bank this one is for you. As a final note, if I’m being honest, you can buy 3.5 of this double stroller for the price of the leading double side by side stroller out there and you get all the main accessories (trays and cup holders) included. We will be taking this stroller on a variety of adventures so I will update this review as is needed to keep it honest.Update:Two months into the warmer weather and multiple walks, this stroller is still holding up. The wheels are starting to take a beating but still have plenty more adventure miles left on them. My definition of beating might vary with others so what I mean is they have a couple dents in them and some rocks have become imbedded in them, but they don’t make noise and they still move just as when they were brand new, it’s really just cosmetic they don’t make noise either. The one thing I noticed is this company does sell the wheels separately so when they do need to be changed out I can just buy new tires rather than a whole new stroller.Update: after months of using my only complaint is the wheels are starting to get squeaky and worn but it’s the sign of lots of use so I will probably be looking into replacement wheels for next spring/summer.

Excellent budget double stroller

We got this "umbrella" stroller for my 1yo twins. We also have a Graco DuoGlider, so that is my comparison for a lot of features.Fold: First off, it's not really an umbrella stroller because it doesn't have an umbrella fold. This is kind of a bonus; folded umbrella double strollers tend to be very long/tall. This has a wider fold, but is quite short, and fits much better in the back of my car than the very long DuoGlider. I have a Mazda5, and while I still can't fit the stroller (or anything, really) in the back without folding the third row down, this fits pretty compactly. It takes up the whole back if laid flat, but I can also fit it in on its side (wheels to the side) and while it blocks the rear view mirror it leaves an awful lot of cargo space in that configuration. Enough for a cooler, at least.Weight: It's very lightweight, at 23lbs. There are single strollers that weigh more than that. I can get it up and down the flight of steps to my house on my own.Trays: There is a parent tray with two deep cupholders and a storage area. The parent cupholders are large enough for a large fountain drink. There are two easily removable child trays with cupholders as well. They remove independently, but the child cupholders are very small and may not fit a lot of sippy cups. Take & Toss cups fit right in, as long as you're not using handles. Munchkin 360 cups fit well enough, but it's not a perfect fit. The short 7oz munchkin cups will not fit with handles attached. We mostly use the 10oz cups while out of the house, and those are tall enough that using the collar with handles isn't a problem. If you're wondering if your sippy cups will fit, get some Take&Toss cups and use those as a comparison. Anything larger than a Take&Toss cup will NOT fit. The trays do not need to be removed to get kids in and out, but if you do want to remove them it's very easy to do.Baskets: There are two small storage baskets instead of one large one across the bottom. Each basket has a 10lb weight limit. They're too small to fit my diaper bag (the Graco backpack) but the basket on the DuoGlider, while larger, was so hard to get stuff into and out of that we're used to not putting things in the baskets. At the very least, it's easy to get stuff in and out. There's certainly room for our picnic blanket in one basket, and a small cooler bag and our baby carriers in the other basket, which is all we really need.Baby seats: The seats have a 5 point harness, which is a major plus for us. The harness is pretty adjustable, and easy to get babies into and out of. There is a peekaboo window on each canopy, which is made of mesh and has a cover. I like this more than the plastic ones because it can allow for extra airflow on hot days, or be closed if the sun is behind you and shining on baby's head. Each canopy is separate, and is pretty large! I am impressed with the canopy coverage. The seats recline with a sliding buckle, so you can adjust them to any level between upright and slightly reclined. They do not recline flat, so this is for older babies who can sit unsupported only. They may not recline enough for some babies to nap, but my girls hate being reclined at all and will sleep sitting up, so we don't see that as a problem. The seats are quite tall and my girls should fit in this for quite a while to come. It does not accept any kind of infant seat. Each seat has a small mesh pocket for small storage, just large enough for a food pouch or a small toy.Maneuverability and Handling: The stroller is a side-by-side so some doors are always going to be a challenge, but it fits through every door we've tried so far. It's quite maneuverable, but it has small wheels so over cracked sidewalk it's a bit of a bumpy ride. This is not an all-terrain or jogging stroller; I would recommend it for city dwellers who will reliably have sidewalk or paved surfaces to walk on. Gravel and sand are a no-go. That said, over smooth surfaces its quite easy to push, and going uphill was much easier than than with the heavier stroller. It has a full handlebar so it can be pushed and turned with one hand. My husband is 6'0" and I am 5'7"; it is a comfortable height for me, but my husband found the handlebar a little short and he had to hunch a bit, but not enough that he doesn't like the stroller. Neither of us kicked the basket. The brakes are not flip flop friendly but theyre easy enough to lean down and flip with a hand.Durability: We've had it for one day and it's not broken, so that's a good start? I will update if anything breaks, but if there is no update assume that it is going strong.Overall: Pretty good stroller for the price! I've got a few nitpicks that are common to nearly every stroller, and the missing features like full recline that might be a dealbreaker for someone else don't matter much to us. At the price I got it for ($118) it is definitely worth the money. It's probably still worth the money at MSRP, given how expensive double strollers are, but set up a price alert because this does go on sale every now and then.UPDATE: after one week and a beach vacationAs we knew ahead of time, the wheels are no good for sand. We didn't even try. Boardwalk is a bumpy ride but the girls don't seem to mind. The recline is slight enough that they don't object too strenuously, but still enough for them to nap.The baskets have front access which I didn't think notable before, but is actually very, very handy, particularly when using the stroller as high chair. The shoulder straps detach and reattach from the belt easily so that it becomes a 3 point harness, which lets the girls lean forward to use the trays during meals; don't even need to get them out.Navigating indoors (restaurants, stores) can be a challenge, but as long as all arms and legs remain inside the stroller it's generally workable. The brakes can be operated with a bit of practice in my Reefs flip flops, which have a thick padded thong. Dollar store flip flops would have less luck. The seats covers are not removable for cleaning in case of bodily fluids, but few strollers actually do have removable, washable seats and certainly not at this price point. Nature's Miracle doesn't stain or damage the seat fabric. As long as you're not planning on off-roading, this is an A++ vacation stroller.Update 2: After being gate checked on five flights (no gate check bag), there's no sign of damage or wear. The parent tray seems to pop loose (but not all the way off) when gate checked, so we started removing it and putting the tray in a checked bag prior to flights.Update 3: We forgot to pop off the parent tray prior to flying and it came off and got lost. Fortunately, replacement parts are readily available and reasonably priced; the parent tray replacement was $12 from the manufacturer. Also this stroller is OK for the new stricter stroller requirements at Disneyland.

Bought it for Disney- wheels didn't hold up

Really liked this double stroller for my boys. They are 2 and 4 but both weigh less than 30lbs. We went back and forth between several strollers and decided on this one mainly because of the snack trays, how light weight it was and the price point. After using it there are a few things I didn't like.As other reviewers mentioned, when you go to fold it up if the front wheels aren't turned just right then its a bit of a challenge to fold and you find yourself fighting with the wheels more than you should have to. Also, while I love the convenience of the snack tray it also was a pain to deal with. My two year old, who fidgets with everything, figured out how to push the tab and remove the snack tray so we spent all day at Disney putting the darn thing back on. It was my husband's least favorite thing! We did 2 days at Disney averaging about 8-9 miles a day. Once we were home we noticed the rear wheels were warped and wobbly. They didn't hold up at all. It served its purpose but I kinda wish I spent a little more and got something that could hold up better. $200 seems expensive to have a stroller hold up for only 2 days.
