There are no pits in the apricots. They are moist and chewy, just perfect as far as I am concerned. They are delicious. The price was great! I put some in agsi in the freezer, but have not used those yet.

This is the 4th dried apricot listing from different vendors with a 0 potassium label. The label is federally regulated so it isn't a vendor typo, either they are all using the same source of apricots that have 0 potassium or they are using the same lab with broken equipment.
