NT Kinesiology Elastic Tape | 5m x 5cm Roll of Elastic Muscle Support Tape for Exercise, Sports & Injury Recovery (Blue)

Have used this tape before and had no issues tried a different colour and there seems to be no stick to it at all. Within minutes edges are lifting even though tape spray has been used and there are patches that bubble and will not stick.

What a find. I’m suffering with pain at the front of my hip. Had difficulty walking and lifting my leg to get upstairs. My sister had this and applied it. Instant pain relief and able to walk again. Soo good I ordered it myself. Using it regularly when the pain comes back. Better than drugs

This KT tape is great. The adhesion and stretch is fantastic, and has offered some pain relief for tmjd. Only downside is that it's not ideal for sensitive skin, I did break out with it, but for cost, was worth the risk. Still give it a shot if you need relief.

This tape never fails me when used. It's my go to for sprains and support.

I have a torn tendon in my knee, It wont heal properly without an operation, I play football twice a week so I use this until I can take time out for my op, it's very good for support, it does not take the pain away completely but I dont think it's designed to, it does help tho and I have less pain the day after playing if I use it. So I like it and would recommend
