Bought as a Christmas gift for two family members. It came quickly and looked like the product picture. The box came with clear and quick instructions to set up and I uploaded photos from my phone. I had bought this after buying a digital photo frame for Christmas which was not WiFi compatible which I needed for the family member. Once gifted they loved it and was easily able to scan the code, download the app and upload their photos.

Wow! For the price, what a deal! Easy to set up and well made. Such a great inexpensive gift that keeps on giving! You can upload photos to the frame with anyone who has the app. A great item and awesome idea

This Uhale 10.1” digital picture frame has officially stolen the spotlight in my grandma’s living room—yes, even more than her prized porcelain rooster. It’s like magic: we send pictures through an app, and BOOM—they pop up right next to her recliner without her having to touch a single button (which is a miracle in itself). The screen is bright, the setup is a breeze, and the only downside is she now expects a photo update daily… or she calls to complain. If you’re tired of sending the same 12 photos in the group chat, this little frame might just save your sanity—and your group text.

+ I would give this 5 stars based on my mom's delight in having it! She is in assisted living; this frame allows her to receive a flow of photos from friends and family who are far away.+ The Frameo app seems pretty easy to use. You send access codes to people to send photos to the frame from their smartphones. There are tricks and tips to learn, and some users found it difficult at first, but eventually got it :)+ The model with 32GB memory should hold tons of photos. We haven't tried sending videos yet.- Sending access codes to friends and family has been a bit of a problem because the codes time out in 12 hours, I think, so with differing time zones and work schedules, it can be just a touch of a logistical issue. Once they are set up, they're good forever, but a longer access window would be user-friendlier.- I do hope Frameo continues to improve their software so that photos can be sent from PCs, not just from smartphones.- Another upgrade on my wish list would be the ability to access the account from a PC to help Mom clean up photos, maybe add captions if senders don't take that step (although their names do appear with the photos they send).- There's a micro USB port on the back, but that's for the mfg's use during setup; it would be great if a USB or USB-C port could be added so that importing photos from a phone could be done directly instead of sending them through the Frameo app.+ Overall, very happy with this product.(BTW, the first time we bought from Frameo, the frame had a software defect so we couldn't access the Android keyboard to set it up; but the return was smooth and the replacement frame has had no problems.)

We got a Frameo at Christmas. We loved and enjoyed seeing pictures of our loved ones, and it was exciting when we got a new image notification popped up. It was easy to use, love that is has a slot for an SD card, loading new images on was very easy with the app.In April, we had a power outage. The Frameo would not boot back up, it stayed spinning on the loading screen (literally would not move past it for hours). Contacted the seller, they sent us a new frame! Back in business!Until this week (mid-June). We had a series of storms coming in and my partner thought they would save the Frameo by pre-emptively turning it off. Should be a normal thing a device can do, be powered off. Except, now the frame won't turn fully back on, just stays spinning on the loading screen. We also tried doing the hard reset, and again nothing. It just goes back to the spinning loading screen.2 frames in 6 months is ridiculous. We will be contacting the seller because this product is clearly defective.
