I bought these to have on hand for when I needed to replace my print head. Turned out to be several months so I am well beyond the return window. Now that I finally need them I am beyond disappointed. These look damaged and not refurbished at all. The ones I am replacing are in much better shape. Looks aside they also don't work. The printer will not accept them, probably due to the damage. JUNK.

The best thing about this was the way they packed each head in it's own box with it's own ziplock anti-static bag. Everything else about the product was garbage. One head showed up with the sticker loose, and cyan ink had leaked everywhere...and the head was supposed to be a YELLOW HEAD. EVERY ONE of the copper contacts on each head was corroded. I popped them into the printer, and the printer rejected every one...right out of the box. I put my old heads back in - printer happy again. Conclusion: garbage print heads. Never had this problem with 100% genuine HP print heads. No more of this trying to save money. I'm going to buy genuine heads this time.

The Blue and Black are keyed wrong and will not install in the printer. The Black and Magenta are leaking right out of the package. I can't get any of these print heads to work in my printer, I need to keep using my old ones until I can find a replacement.
