Been taking these for a week and can actually feel the effect. Lion's mane was recommended to me as something natural that can help with concentration throughout the day. These are not bad for the price. The first ingredient is brown rice and then lions mane which isn't great. So this means the rice is the ingredient with the highest quantity in the capsules, then the lions mane second. Not as good as another brand which I noticed almost immediately after a couple of days of taking them. Worth a try for the price and they are organic which is a plus and contains the fruiting body.

I am truly not sure about the effectiveness. I take one every day for a few months now. To be honest I am not keen on stopping just in case it has made small improvements.
