This doesn't have me going to the bathroom, didn't regulate anything except how much water I tried to drink afterwards to get the nasty taste out of my mouth. Tried to mix it in a smoothie to mask the flavor, that didn't work. And man let me tell you that taste stays in your mouth all morning I swear. This stuff is a gimmick, straight joke. We really buy whatever social media tells us to huh. (Slaps forehead)

Terrible product. First of all, it’s only 4.2oz. But more importantly, when it arrived, the can the powder is in was slightly dented, but the powder itself was rock hard and there was almost none of it in the can. Totally inedible. I am throwing it away. Amazon was great about giving me a credit for it however, but I recommend avoiding this product.

Powder somehow got moisture inside because when I opened it I’d was a solid piece and not a powder. I just opened it a day ago. But can’t get refund now bc I received it way earlier.

Need a zero star, Hard as a rock, hard to get out of the container, would not purchase again, tried getting answers if this is normal and it sound like it is, so not worth my money and unfortunately it’s not returnable. See pic the rest is a sold chuck and won’t come out of the container. It was suggested to me to use a pestal to break it up, not thank you! it shouldn’t be that way, is it even safe to consume if I could ?

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’m disappointed! I received this a few weeks ago. I finally got me head focused on starting this. The lid to the can was difficult to remove. Tapping and twisting numerous times. Once upended I could see the product & attempted to scoop up some powder on my spoon. The powder was very hard. Card inside was stuck in powder. I don’t want to use this product. Now I’m disgusted that this item says its not returnable. I do not recommend this product

When I first tried this prebiotic I was skeptical, trying this product out for two weeks straight I noticed less bloating and frequent trips to the bathroom if you know what I mean. (Which means good stuff!!) This product definitely does the job with less bloating and property usage of the bathroom hehe.. I would use this product everyday because I notice a real difference in my everyday routine. The taste of this product is real and organic. You can really tell it has natural ingredients and I love that about this. My key tips are to run it through hot water to fully stir the mixture appropriately and I use a frother to help me on this. I add in cold water after it is stirred fully and enjoy with my boiled eggs. I wish that this product was full to the top of the rim. But overall, I would recommend. This product is drinkable and showed a difference in my lifestyle.
