I've used them for well over a year, but I'm going to move on to something else. These are good quality, and do deliver the supplements. My issue is despite my best efforts to hydrate, they irritate my urinary tract. I don't know if this is an issue for anyone else, but it's something you cannot ignore. I finally reached the point where I stopped taking them daily, then noticed I'd quit altogether. I most definitely felt different without supplements, so don't doubt their effectiveness. I donated the rest of my supply to a family member, as I'm simply not compatible with some portion of the formulary.

I love this brand of vitamins! I could tell a difference between this an my usual off the shelf store brand. Be forewarned though that they have a strong odor. I have a subscription for this vitamin and it always ships to me after I’ve run out of the vitamins. It’s a consistent issue and I try to manage the delivery date, but it doesn’t usually allow me to get it too much sooner. Very disappointing because I like the vitamins.
