Calming effect
A vey relaxing tea .....i took it before bed time and i slept deeply ...i have hypothyroidism and pcod ....and im pretty much exhausted and irritated but when i took this tea at night i slept calmly and i felt refreshed in the morning

Plastic tea bags
I used to regularly buy this but suddenly they have switched to plastic tea bags, it is well known that plastic tea bags add billions of microplastics to a cup of tea. They had eco friendly tea bags before so I don't understand the reason for this switch but it is a shame, I can't buy this anymore even though the tea is good.
