Better than the YourFacePillow version. Also, tips to make it work better.
This is my favorite style of back sleeping training pillow, but I've never been 100% happy with the OG version, YourFacePillow, which is a bit too soft and loses its shape very quickly. It's also more expensive than this one, which has better neck support, and the "bumpers" aren't too far apart on this one, unlike the YourFace pillow. I was going to replace that one soon bc once again it only lasted a couple of months but saw this one instead and am glad I took the chance!! Yes, these take some time to get used to. I HIGHLY recommend pairing this with a wedge pillow under your entire upper body (make sure it's long enough for lumbar support), put this on top of it, and put pillows under your knees. That combination has been a game changer for me for back and shoulder pain! Yes, I still switch to my side eventually most nights, but I'm like 60% back sleeping as opposed to almost never before. But I would not use it w/o a wedge pillow. (I prefer around 8 inches max height and 25 inches minimum length for a wedge pillow.) I also would not use a wedge pillow without a cervical pillow like this, which is cooler than the regular cervical pillows because your neck isn't fully enclosed. The combination though is golden!

Never thought I’d be a back sleeper!
I LOVE this pillow!I have recently been very strict with my skincare and health, and this pillow is one of my favorite purchases.I use this with a silk pillow case on top, and have noticed a difference in my face when I wake up (no creasing or puffiness). I never thought I could be a back sleeper, but it makes you so comfy you fall right asleep. It has a little part for your neck so your head feels like it’s in a little pocket. It is an expensive pillow but I feel it’s worth it. I also had breast surgery and it has helped me from sleeping on my stomach.

Changing pillow position helped neck pain
I'm normally a side sleeper, but I bought this pillow to fix my neck pain and posture issues because it was recommended that sleeping on my back would help. I slept with it in the position recommended by the manufacturer (see picture) under my neck (C: neck support area) for a couple weeks, but found that my neck was hurting more, not less. Last night I turned the pillow around so that (C: neck support area) was at the top of my head and my neck was only being supported by the straight part of the pillow (B: head support area). It felt much better not having the hump under my neck as I slept, and my neck is not as tight and locked up this morning. I like having the support on either side of my head (A: head fixation area) to help me stay on my back as I sleep, but I'm going to keep it turned the opposite way for my neck from now on.***UPDATE: I tried turning the pillow for a few nights, but found my neck was stiff and becoming more painful again. I've gone back to my old pillow, and my neck is feeling better. I think using this pillow for awhile helped me to stay on my back more often, but I'm not planning to use it anymore.

Soft, yummy but…
The media could not be loaded. WHY: been looking to try out a pillow that will keep my head elevated and facing forward to avoid causing more lines and wrinkles on my face, and with the hopes of waking up less puffy.PROS:1. Soft cotton material2. Soft memory foam that comes in the package already in shape.3. Cradles your head as indicated and keeps it facing forward.4. No odor that I can smellCONS:1. A little bit bulky, it has a pretty large size. If you sleep in a smaller bed, might take up a little bit more space than a regular pillow.2. Does not work well if you want to elevate your head. If you put it on top of other pillows, or use a wedge for height, the pillow moves down throughout the night.3. The side bumpers that cradle your head do not give a lot of room if you are using over the ear headphones in bed, or during your sleep.VERDICT: KEEPER of you sleep flat, NEXT if you sleep with your head elevated.I enjoyed sleeping with this pillow, it’s soft and it does the job of keeping your face forward as indicated. However, for those nights that I want to sleep with my head elevated (to reduce face swelling), I will be going back to my traditional pillow stack. Thanks Enjoy! 😊

Very helpful!
I am trying to sleep on my back because of fluid retention in my eyes. I'm 56 and over the last few years I look like a puffy nightmare in the morning. So this has been great for training me to sleep on my back and very effective. Sure, I still prefer to sleep on my side or on my stomach, but this really does keep me from turning over in my sleep and I am comfortable enough that it doesn't prevent me from getting a good night's sleep. You can still sleep on your side with this if you want to but at least for me I have to do it intentionally. I have no complaints about this at all!
