A Soothing Cup of Tea
The package didn't give directions on tea to water ratio, so I brewed one cup of water to 1 tablespoon of tea. I could probably steep the tea a couple of times more. You could probably get away with one teaspoon, if you're willing to wait. The tea itself has a kind of subtle grassy flavor and a sweet hay aroma. It's pleasant and relaxing. It should be good as an evening tea to wind down with when warm. I haven't tried it cold yet, but it feels like it would make a very refreshing tea. I think it would pair well with honey. I'm always looking for alternatives to caffeinated beverages, so I'm glad I found this!

Clean Product
I ordered this Organic Bio Herbs â Premium Dried Watercress Herb (Nasturtium Officinale), 4 oz â 100% Natural, Whole & Sun-Dried for Maximum Freshness and Flavor â Ideal for Herbal Tea, Culinary Use to try as a toner for cyanotypes.I am always testing different botanicals as toners for cyanotype prints. For those who are not familiar with cyanotypes, they are a very old photographic process that produces a blue on white print. While there are some subjects that lend themselves to monochrome blue, others do not. For those images, it is possible to use a variety of different materials (tea and coffee among them) to change the blue to some other color. The best results are obtained from botanicals that contain a lot of tannins.I tried this watercress two different ways. First, I just immersed a finished print in a tea that I made with the watercress. After soaking for an hour, there was no discernable change in the color of the print, For the next test, I bleached the print in a weak solution of washing soda and water. Then, after a rinse, the print went into the watercress tea. Again, there was no discernable change after an hour in the tea. Disappointing, but not totally unexpected.I recognize that most purchasers of this product will not be using it for toning cyanotypes. For those customers, I offer the following observations. The watercress seems to be quite pure. I did not find any stones or dirt mixed in. I prepared some tea by using a couple of teaspoons steeped in hot water for 10 minutes. I can't say that the taste was unpleasant, but I'm not a fan of tea so I'm not the best tester.

Great quality, good tea
I got this dried watercress to make tea. Drinking watercress tea can offer various health benefits due to its high antioxidant content, vitamin C, and other nutrients. There is thought that it may help boost the immune system, improve vision, and support bone health. Watercress tea can also promote hydration and contribute to a healthy gut.I wanted to have a plain cup to see how the flavor was before adding it into my homemade tea. It tastes great.

Pricey but great for health.
The package seems to contain more dried stem than leaves, although it is advertising for leaves tea. There is no clear instructions how much of the dried watercress to a cup of hot water, so I just use my regular measurements which is 1 tablespoon to a cup of hot water. I let it infuse for 10 minutes as directed. The tea has an earthy flavor. I tried it with and without sweeteners. I like it with a teaspoon of honey to reduce the after taste that presence when it's consumed alone. I think I am drinking for the benefits of health where I research, water cress provides antioxidant protection and immune support. If I can get the same amount of benefits through fresh watercress, that will save me some money as this organic produce is pretty pricey.

Fresh and good quality
This review is for their dried Watercress - label shows it is a product of the EU, though it didn't say which country. Package is recyclable and resealable. While I drink tea daily, I've never tried watercress (which was the only option under the Vine offers).I prefer loose leaf to brew my own over teabags as they tend to be more fresh and I can control the amount I use for tea.I've tested 3 different amounts of the watercress with 8 ounces of water, steeping it from 10-12 minutes and tried it witha) No sweetener (not good for me)b) Steviac) cane sugard) honeyI've also tried it with sweetener and a little milk. For me, stevia and a small 'dash' of milk was best. The flavor is a little earthy but still pleasant if not brewed too strong. The smell was a little off putting at first, but the milk and sweetener help with that as well.Overall, an interesting product.

Organic Bio Herbs Dried Watercress Herb
This smells just like fresh watercress except a little more earthy. It's great for soups or as tea. I get a little bit of a sourness but more peppery taste. I enjoy the herby taste with a little bit of honey. My package has an expiration date of December 2025.
