Good price, good product
These come in a letterbox-friendly package which is good. It’s also resealable, so you can use it till its empty.Omega oils are very important, and a lot of us don’t get enough of them in our general diet these days. I know I definitely need to take a supplement, as I have a restricted diet, so for me they’re a non-brainer. It’s always better to gaint hem naturally, but for me that’s almost impossible, and this way I can get my daily dose without having to think about it too hard. This is a fish, sunflower oil and flaxseed mix, and you really should be looking for mixed souces of omegas, as each type brings its own benefits. Having pure fish oil isn’t as beneficial. I would have liked to have seen these as just fish and flaxseed, as sunflower oil tends to be very heavy on omega 6 with very little omega three, and balancing those two oils is very important.I actually posted a question to the sellers of this, and they answered really quickly, which is great. They were very clear in the answer, and obviously knew what they were talking about. All great things.Taking triple omegas does need some consideration, as you’re probably getting a fair amount of omega 6 in a modern diet already (the typical Western diet with too much processing sees an Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio between 15:1 to 16.7:1 [15x omega 6 to 1x omega 3], which is very poor. You need to be aiming for a ration of 3:1 or 4:1). The ratio here, as Nutrivolv informed me, is 2:1. This is good, as it allows for an amount of omega 6 in your diet (you’re far less likely to have any omega 3 in your day-to-day diet unless you’re consciously adding it in).In all I’m very happy with these. They seem pretty good for the price, and I do like the sachets rather than the bottle. No aftertaste, no messing round, just a really simple way to make sure you’re getting your omegas. Thumb’s up!

Triple Strength Omega That Covers All Bases
I’ve been taking these myself and I’m impressed with the quality and formulation. This pack gives you a solid 3-month supply of Omega 3-6-9, combining fish oil and flaxseed oil for a well-rounded blend of essential fatty acids. The high EPA and DHA content is a real plus—great for supporting heart health, brain function, and eye health. The softgels are on the larger side at 22mm, but I haven’t had any trouble swallowing them. They go down smoothly and don’t leave any unpleasant aftertaste, which is often a concern with fish oil supplements. It’s reassuring to know I’m getting a balanced mix of Omega 3, 6, and 9 in one capsule, especially with the added benefits of flaxseed oil. If you’re looking for a convenient way to support overall wellness, this is a good choice.Highly recommended.

Every bit as good as the tesco ones I'd been taking
Priced at a penny less than the tesco own brand equivalent omega 3,6,9 90 pack, these are a lot cheaper than the big wellness brands, but I see no drop in the benefit from taking these ones for a couple of days - if that changes I will update. There isn't any recycling information on the pouch, or on the company website, which is a shame - I prefer the pouch to the rattly hard bottle, but don't want to claim it is "better" if it won't recycle - I'll just say that there is some benefit to not making a racket every time you go to take your supplement! The capsules themselves are about the same size as I am used to - I have no problems swallowing with a drink. All in all, these match the price of what I have been taking without any drop in perceived benefit, so if the packaging is updated to say it can be recycled I'd happily switch and pay for these based upon my vine test sample.

Well presented, professional quality. Seem very legit but they do have aftertaste.
These capsules are really nicely presented and factory sealed. The ingredients list is on par with others of their sort. If believed they give you a decent level of omega 3 fatty acids. Easy to swallow and whilst they don't have an immediate aftertaste I did find they would repeat on me after ten minutes or so, but that's true of all the similar tablets I've tried. These were no different to any other in that respect and I'm still looking for one that doesn't.I have found some others make me feel groggy after taking them, but I get the same when I eat a lot of oily fish that are naturally high in these omega 3 fatty acids so perhaps I have a lower tolerance to them than most? They seem professionally made and clearly labelled though. I can't see most folk taking issue with them in any real way.
