Fixed the Unbalabced Error Code for Good.
This worked like a charm. After months of dealing with the unbalanced error code nonstop and it had ultimately gotten so bad that even with a half dozen shirts it would still give the error code and it would keep rinsing and spinning and would never finish the load. Followed a YouTube video of how to do it step by step and it worked. I have been washing clothes and towels all day long and it hasn't given me any issues.

If you didn’t know, now you know :)
So I recently purchased a washer/dryeroff FB Maketplace. The washer would not complete a full cycle on time and consumed wayyy too much water. It alsowouldn’t spin the clothes properly without error message. After some research, I decided on these to fit my WA50T5300AC. What a world of difference!! With the help of YouTube, Iwas back in proper action in no time. I’m about 5 to 6 washes in, and everything seems to be holding up well so far. I think these are great choice for rod replacement/upgrades!

Instant fix
Solved the unbalanced load error/wobbling! This was very doable from a DIY perspective. Washer was probably 6 or 7 years old and started having trouble with large loads, or loads that were even slightly off balance in the drum. There is no way to tell this is the problem through your own investigation. I just watched a few videos that described my problem and rolled the dice. When I got the old spring rods out and compared them to the new ones, I couldn’t even really tell a difference with the naked eye or to the touch. But I went ahead and installed the new ones, put the washer back together, and ran a load and it was exactly the fix I needed. Hopefully I can get a few more years out of this machine!

Stop the shake
Samsung wash wouldn't finish a cycle because it would be out of balance. I was ready to throw it outside and get a speed queen. Watched some videos online about the problem read some forums about the problem. I drilled some holes on the underside of the top plastic cap of the drum. I got alot of water out of that and it helped kinda. Ordered these struts and haven't had trouble since. Taking the old ones off got me sticky as all get out. That grease was weird. New ones were easy to put on.

Great product works exactly as advertised!
Installing these heavy duty stabilizers made a huge difference in our Samsung washer! The wife had been complaining for months that the washer was broken, and when she threatened to call for professional help, I jumped off the couch and ordered! They came in two days and it took me about 30 minutes to install. Now I am back on the couch with clean clothes! I highly recommend! *** Disclaimer: My wife and I have an agreement, I do the dishes, she does the laundry! Teamwork! :) ***

They fit my washer!
It’s been a couple of months and they’re still holding strong. I read several reviews that said they didn’t last. 4 adults and 4 children- it gets used a lot. Saved me a lot of money vs the actual Samsung ones!

Initial install
The media could not be loaded. I have yet to let a load run all the way through its cycle.-After opening package and comparing OE suspension rod to purchased product, match up was close to exact. (Give a little stretch/ plastics wear to OE)-installation is more than ideal, an extra set of hands will make life easier. (Best plan of action is to remove the 4 screws that hold the option selector and plastic facia over drum.) for model WA50R5400AV. Nothing was physically removed besides the silver plate on back of the washer. All else was moved forward or lifted slightly enough for clearance of the top plastic of the suspension rod. (Clearance is needed for 3 of 4 of the rods.)-after initial install, noticeable difference in the gap from drum to plastic facia.-right off the spin cycle, rods have done their job. Now, OE has lasted me nearly 4 years with the last 2 months of it stopping after a few initial spins and banging against the washer frame..-hope to have as much luck with the lifespan of the new suspension rods. For its purpose of helping to keep the drum balanced/ centered as much as possible at half the cost of OE. I can recommend this product.*just a tip in case you find it difficult to choose the correct rods.-find your washer model.(under lid)-go to the Samsung parts (website)-find correct part # for your washer on Samsung-choose the corresponding option from vendor.Other vendors I have looked into didn’t provide the different rod options and caused reviews to say wrong part.Which led me to this particular vendor.Only reason for not having a 5 star review, is due to not being able to tell you if it’s design will have the duration or at-least half the lifespan of what my OE suspension rods. If I don’t come back to let you knowThey have failed. Consider this a 5 star review.

Samsung washer suspension rods
So I bought these because of my Samsung washer model number WA45T3400AP was giving me the unbalanced load and like everybody else what should be 20-30 minute wash cycle end up being a two hour or longer wash cycle it took me about 30 minutes installing this myself any of the Samsung YouTube videos that you see is straightforward my particular model number you have four screws in the back that hold the lid on and two screws up front under black rubber pieces once you take those six screws out the lid easily comes off and you can maneuver in any direction to get to the rods but take the back plate off as well it will help you with replacing the back two rods hopefully this is helpful to who is going to do this for themselves so this is done on May 4th 2025 I will update this once I run a full cycle to let you know how it is
