I needed a cleanser which was budget friendly but had great reviews. I use a well known brand for cleansing at home and bought this product to use when I am on shift overnight at work. I absolutely love it! It feels like something you would pay a lot more for to be honest. I love the texture, it feels like I am giving my skin a really deep cleanse and afterwards my skin feels as fresh as a daisy! I look forward to using it and know that when I finish my other product, which happens to cost £30 odd more, I will start using this at home also!I personally have not had any issues with squeezing the balm out of the tube as written in some reviews. Neither have a struggled to rinse the product off. I'm wondering if people are maybe using too much? It's so rich and buttery you don't need a large amount. I remove using a lovely soft cloth and warm water. Try it I think you will love it...I do!

My skin gets sensitive and irritated by constant products and serums. When I rubbed this on I could literally feel it soothing… So much better at removing makeup than the really expensive alternatives and GENTLE. Love it, and what a bargain…

Lovely, been using for a long time! Only thing I would say is that it’s hard to get the product out!

I use this as a first cleanse at night to remove makeup and it is great. One of the best I've used. It lifts makeup quickly and is easy to wipe away with a wet flannel. Leaves skin feeling clean without drying.

The actual cleansing balm is really good but its packaging isn't.its so yard to squeeze out of the tube ..I screw the whole top of to get some out ..otherwise id have given it a higher rating as I love this brand

I have been very impressed with this item. This is the first time I've tried a South Korean beauty product and I will certainly be buying it again. I am in my late 60s and have sensitive skin and this cleanser leaves my skin feeling calm and soft with no hint of oiliness. I suggest patting dry as scrubbing with a towel reduces the effects. After evening cleansing I applied a light moisturiser (of my choice) and woke up with a good skin tone. You only need a small amount of the product for a single use so one tube will last a good length of time. Highly recommended .

A lovely product except for value and ease of use.I found the largish tube to be of such quality I really struggled to squeeze any product out and whenever I did manage to squeeze any out it was far too much making it not very cost effective.I have probably lost at least a third of the product as I am unable to squeeze it out of the robust tube.
