Q: Besides coffee please give me some ideas on how to use these. How do you use them?

You've been given wonderful answers already, but I thought I'd mention that I use mine to make sorbet! Crushed ice, fruit, 1-2ozs of cold water & 1-3 quick squirts of the stevia? Amazing! I live in Florida and I've been making good sized bowls of *15-25 calorie* sorbet each day! Oh and you can also add it to cottage cheese. If you don't like the texture - put it in a blender or food processor to make a mock yogurt. Add some fruit and a squirt or two of the stevia. Super high in protein & tastes great! For my chocolate (or chocolate, vanilla, caramel!) mock yogurt, I sometimes add a pinch of special dark cocoa Hersey's baking powder. People also use this to make "Chocolate Delight" candies, made with coconut oil. On or off of the hCG diet to help lose weight! A+! They should, as long as you have proof that you bought the 5 pack.

Q: Does this product contain alcohol

While it doesn't list alcohol in the ingredients, I would think there might be some in any of the 'extracts' listed. That's how most extracts (but not all) are extracted.
