This was recommended to me by a high school classmate after connecting at the 50th reunion. About twice a week I wake with a cramp in one or both legs. Spray this on and massage it in relieves the pain in one minute. If I think ahead, I rub it on before bed. I gave my mother in law (86) some and it relieves her morning neck pain. Excellent product.

This actually works? I thought it was as gimmicky kind of thing at first, but I have such severe leg cramps at night that I was totally down to try just about anything. And honestly, I'm glad I did. If you are on the fence about trying it, it really isn't that expensive to just check and see if it works for you. I will absolutely be ordering more when mine runs out. I didn't expect it to work, but it actually really helped my nighttime leg cramps.

I like the product but I do not like the new packaging. The previous packaging provided a great description of the benefits of this product which convinced me to purchase it. This is the only reason why I purchased it again.The product helps me with pain and sleep.

I bought this because I couldn’t get my pain level down so I was unable to sleep and after reading about this product and hearing reviews from others, I decide to give it a try. It actually works. I am able to sleep within 15 or 20 minutes of applying to any area that I’m having pain. I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia this product is totally amazing for someone that has insomnia or pain it helps a lot. #Insomnia

This was recommended to me by a co-worker. I had tried everything short of sleeping pills to sleep through the night. I work four 12-hour shifts each week on a stand-up forklift, so my feet ache when I get home, no insole has been really great, but this made a huge difference. It helps with leg cramps throughout the night and swelling in my ankles. I don't even wake up having to use the bathroom anymore! I will NOT run out of this in the future!! Highly recommend!!

I like it. I apply it to my thighs just before bed. I have awful muscle spasms but this does seem to help! Gave it 4 stars only because it doesn't absorb as quick as I'd like and does leave a slight residue BUT it does eventually absorb nicely

This stuff really works! I just spray it on and rub it in. Within a few minutes your pain goes away. Works for alo g time too! If you have sore muscles this is for you!
