Like most average people these days, I work two jobs just to have the luxury of not being able to afford health care or healthy food. When all of your income is spent on necessities, one tends to adapt the "If my leg is not falling off, I'm good" mentality. However, feeling like I'm an Arquilian that's stuck operating the body of a 60 year old construction worker is not my idea of a good time. My co-worker who was willing to die on the hill that this actually works, paid for me to try it. Honestly, I was not expecting much. Three months later... I'm deeply considering starting a cult to our lord and saviour, Shilajit. In the first few weeks I noticed an increase in my ability to get through the day without fighting the feeling of double dosing nightquil at 2pm. Shin splints and restless leg feeling almost gone. The BIGGEST change I experienced is my understanding of how little our education system teaches about the direct correlation between vitamin/mineral deficiencies and your menstrual cycle. My cycle symptoms have always been on the higher end of debilitating. For years I've have to spend a good portion of my PTO on my first cycle days because I was stuck in bed crying from the pain. The First month on Shilajit and poof gone. At first I thought na just a lucky month. Then the next month rolls around, and nada. I didn't even remember my cycle was starting because I didn't have the 3 day precramps/backpain. So then I was like there is no hucking way this is all it took to take this pain away. So the third month I stopped taking it to test the theory. The only thing my dumba** has regretted more is my student loans. So just based off just the one factor of not having to feel like my insides are imploding, I would 10/10 recommend.

I lost 5 pounds the first two weeks taking this product. It is exactly what it say it is.

I have noticed a slight pickup in energy by taking shilajit. I don’t take it everyday, but I only take it before a HIIT session like a one hour cycling or bike sprint class. I am able to burn 50-70 more calories by taking it. It could just be the placebo effect. Also, the best way to scoop up the gooey substance is by using a measuring spoon (smidgen or 1/32 of a tsp). The one shown in the image is about 400-500 mg after I am done stirring it into a hot coffee.

For me, this has been magic. I have ordered more than once. I take it in a hot tea and the taste is fine as long as the tea is strong. I started using it to help boost my immune system. I work in healthcare and was surrounded by sick patients this winter and did not get sick once. Also notice it helps with appetite suppression for a few hours after drinking. I’m very satisfied.

It’s okay but don’t think it’s doing anything for me.

Let me start by saying, I’ve only been taking this for about 3 weeks now.It’s become an every morning, and night routine for me. I take it under the tongue, as suggested, and it does taste like a much more bitter molasses. Not terrible, but not awful.I haven’t given it much thought in terms of how it’s been affecting me, because I didn’t want to give it this placebo effect and just assume it’s got to be all because of this!I have adhd and have a very difficult time at night, trying to settle my mind or to even sleep throughout the night.And through the day, it’s hard to stay focused on tasks and not do 100 other things at the same time.Sooo…I can say, now that I’m thinking about it…I feel as though I am not having as many highs and lows throughout the day in terms of energy or staying on track with tasks. I’ve been sleeping better, however, I have been having very strange and intense dreams. But that’s most likely from the fact that I’m genuinely getting better/deeper sleep.I have also noticed less swelling in my legs and joints after standing and working all day as well.So I’m excited to see how this continues to work for me.
