2 pieces. That's all you need in a non-stick set. Paired with some good silicon tools and you're on your way to making great meals that work best in a non-stick setting. EVERYTHING slides off the pans; of course after your first use it's ready for anything. Cleans with a paper towel if necessary; completely cleans with a sponge. I'd not recommend a scrubby or anything abrasive. So far (cooked in it over a dozen times) it's highly durable and the lid works well with keeping heat in or creating steam/basting environment when needed. Yeah, go ahead and buy it.

Fantastic pans. Great stone appearance. Nothing sticks to the surface as expected. Handle cool to touch when the pan is hot. Easy cleaning, soap and water. 3 sizes allow use for multiple types of food and sizes. At medium to low heat, these really do a great job of searing the meats. I've used vegetable oil, sesame oil, olive oil and butter in them and no burning or discoloring of the pan. Use wooden utensils to prevent scratching the surface. They are free of harmful chemicals, so that is an added bonus.

Had a difficult time convincing myself to try these ceramic frying pans but so glad I finally relented. I absolutely love these pans! The cleanup is a breeze and the color makes it easy to know they are clean. The non stick is exactly as it should be with very little oil or butter. I bought the set to have a variety of sizes and love all of them. Small one gets most use as I cook mostly for 2 but have found occasion to use them all. Good value.

I love to cook! I've been told that most people who enjoy cooking tend to be picky, and I guess that includes me, lol. I just know what is good and what isn’t when it comes to food and cooking.When I received my new pans, the first thing I noticed was how sturdy they were. Cooking with them has been a pleasure. So far, nothing has stuck to the surface, regardless of what I’ve prepared. For instance, when I made a reverse grilled cheese sandwich, the cheese melted perfectly in the pan without sticking!Cleaning them up is incredibly easy, too. Even when there's grease involved, it wipes away effortlessly—there's no hard work required. I love these pans so much; they would definitely earn as many stars as possible!

I am really impressed with these Frying pans. They arrived on time and well packaged. The handles are wrapped individually not attached to the pans. I realized I needed a screwdriver to attach them... but nope I didn't, they come with a good sturdy screwdriver to attach the handles. I put them together, washed them and made dinner. They cook well, and clean easily. I definitely recommend this company for these Frying pans.

I cook a lot for my family, so my kitchen gets a ton of use—and over the years, I’ve gone through more pans than I can count. I’ve usually stuck with Teflon-coated ones because of how easy they are to clean and how reliably nonstick they’ve been for me. But recently, every new Teflon pan I tried ended up burning in some spots no matter how careful I was. It was frustrating and definitely time for a change.Decided to give this one a try and honestly, I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The size is perfect for everyday meals, it feels solid in my hand without being heavy, and the nonstick surface really works. Eggs slide right off, cleanup is a breeze, and I don’t have to soak or scrub anything.There was a bit of a learning curve though—during the very first use, I tried cooking chicken and noticed it kind of “steamed” before it had any chance to brown, even though I adjusted the heat a few times. But ever since that initial use, browning has been just fine. Chicken, veggies, even delicate things like fish cook evenly and turn out great now.So far, it feels like a smart switch. Hoping it lasts longer than my usual Teflon go-tos.

I LOVE this pan set! I did a lot of research on pan sets, ensuring I selected one without harmful chemicals. These pans are great to use and clean easily. I ONLY hand wash them with a microfiber towel, and they have held up well during the first six months I've owned them. I also bought the matching grill pan separately, which is equally fantastic (same brand). I love the wooden handles, and each pan has a nice weight to it. I always use olive oil when cooking with them, so no fake oil spray stuff. The directions say not to have them on high heat, so I'm careful because I want them to last. Overall these are excellent and highly recommend if you are looking for a pan set!

This pans are so nice and at a third of the price of others. It cleans up so easily with a wet paper towel and dish soap. Heat distributes evenly and each pan is deep. Some minor assembly required, just to add the handles but it came with a brand new Phillips head screwdriver which was a nice surprise. I do not use metal utensils and hand wash the pans. Very pleased with this purchase.
