I originally bought these to help me sleep and anything else would be an extra bonus. These make me sleepy, but in order to use these specifically for sleep you gotta give into it, otherwise you can still stay up. (I only eat 2 before bed and not the 4 they recommended so that might be part of it) Even though they didn’t really help me fall asleep I definitely felt more refreshed and ready to go when waking up and I’m NOT a morning person.I went without these for about a week and that’s when I really realized what I love about them. They really help me stay out of my own way with overthinking and stressing about stupid little unnecessary things. I have untreated adhd and for me it really helps to quiet the extra noise. I have to say that without the extra noise I feel that I’m better able to concentrate and multitask.Obviously everyone will have different experiences but I think for the price it’s worth a try.

I never feel inclined to write reviews but this product is really great and I’ve noticed improvement in my energy levels, brain fog and sleeping patterns. I can tell you it will be pricey especially if you are taking them regularly but I would say it is worth the investment! I feel great and would recommend them to anybody who is looking to improve their health and mentality. Andddd they taste pretty good so go for it!

I love these. I have a really hard time sleeping, and I take one before I go to bed. It's been an incredible alternative to melatonin and it keeps me asleep. I've been using these for about 6 months now and I still love them!

Have started taking these a week ago. Yes it does help alot. My face is way less puffy then it was my trouble areas don't look as bloated after taking this. My overall mood feels lot better. I sleep alot better too I don't wake up tired. The only complaint I really have is they smell disgusting and the gummies were kinda dried out. They don't taste thr best but they don't taste the worse

I wanted to wait to see if I would re-order before leaving a review; yes I just re-ordered two bottles.Having tried different supplements, I was very skeptical, but what I found was nothing short of amazing.First off, they do not have that vitamin taste, you can taste the "natural". The taste reminds me of a sour bluberry which I enjoyed. The gummies have a smooth texture but a little more sticky on my teeth and the size of the gummy is perfect with no difficulty swallowing; being gluten free, peanut free, and dairy free is an added bonus.This is not a product that you have to wait weeks for benefits, the benefits happened within 30-60 minutes. I took the suggested serving of 2 gummies and it was a bit much relaxed feeling for this 6 foot/235 pound man so the next day I only took 1 and it was perfect.If you are needing to "breath easy" I highly suggest this product.

Man when my momma took these she asked if they were weed gummies but she barely take medicine in her life so her tolerance is very low, work for me tho mentally makes the voices in my head shut up but don’t take it everyday, take 2 once every 2 days.

You can't go wrong with this ever! Since I started taking this my anxiety has leveled out and I don't feel like I'm going to scream. There are no side effects and all natural ingredients

Taste really good! Ease of use! Made my stomach upset. Almost done with the bottle thought I give it the whole month try. Quality is perfect for 2 a day. Did increase my energy levels!
